Description

Use tips: Drizzle over meat and tartare, carpaccio and filets, pasta, eggs, cheese, salads, vegetables and potatoes. Use as a finishing condiment, 1/2 tsp. per portion.

Our extra virgin olive oil from Italy is produced according to the ancient processing techniques in traditional oil processing which guarantees a very high quality product. The oil is green in color with some golden glints.
Its bouquet is composed of fresh vegetables, almonds, fresh flowers and fruit. The taste is fruity, delicate and harmonious. These characteristics are excellent for combining with the flavour and taste of white and black truffles. Tartuflanghe truffle oils are an excellent dressing for salads, meat carpaccio, fish tartare, meat fillets, risotto and pasta, mushroom dishes, potatoes, cheese.
